Happy Wednesday! Welcome to Spring Quarter. We hope you had a relaxing spring break and are excited for the longer days and fresh start. As always, we're sharing tips and activities every other Wednesday to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are studying from.

Geisel Library and WongAvery Library are open. The main entrance of Geisel Library looks a little different as we are in the process of constructing a better space for you. Library services are temporarily located in the Seuss Room (hint: enter using the West Entrance).

WalkStations
Keep active while you study in the Library! Two WalkStations in Geisel East's Commons (Floor 2) and one in Brody Collaborative Space (Floor 1 West) feature low-speed treadmills with adjustable-height work surfaces. Bookstands and wrist supports are available for checkout at Geiselβs Service Area.
Stretching
Foam rollers are available in Geisel Library's East Commons (Floor 2) and Brody Collaborative Space (Floor 1 West), and at WongAvery Library (Floor 1 South Stairs) for stretching and desk exercises. See this Tritons Care article for foam roller exercises to support your physical health.
Puzzles & Coloring Pages
Printed coloring pages, puzzles, and mazes are available in the pamphlet rack near Group Study Rooms 2096A and 2096B (Geisel Floor 2 East). Coloring supply kits are available for checkout at the Geisel's Service Area.

IMPACT OF MINDSET WORKSHOP |
|
|
Join OASIS and Tritons Flourish to learn how our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors. They will demonstrate ways to analyze those thinking patterns in order to substitute unhelpful thinking with realistic thinking in order to create a Growth Mindset. Adapting a Growth Mindset can lessen overwhelm and improve mood.

HERBED GARLIC BUTTER NAAN |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove grated garlic
2 pieces of naan
2 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, and/or dill)
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, and herbs.
2. Brush the garlic herb butter over both sides of the naan.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the naan, one at a time, in the skillet and cook until golden on each side. |
