Happy Wednesday, Tritons! We want to wish you all the best of luck during finals week! Scroll through the publication for activities to support your mental and physical well-being whenever you need a break. Throughout the summer, we'll be sharing monthly tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are tuning in from.

FINALS DE-STRESS ACTIVITIES |
|
|
Take a break from studying and recharge with our Finals De-Stress Series! Join us on Monday to unwind with DIY Zen Gardens, build something fun with LEGOs on Tuesday, and relax with crafting yarn shapes on Wednesday. Supplies and light refreshments are provided, and Library staff will be nearby to assist and answer questions.
When: June 9-11
Time: 2-3:30 p.m.
Where: Outside Classroom 1
(Geisel Library, Main Floor)

Take a break with therapy dogs this quarter at the Library. Whether you’re in need of a quick pause between study sessions or a moment to unwind from a tough assignment, certified therapy dogs are here to help you relax. No registration is needed, and masking is optional.
Drop by anytime during the event to enjoy some calming time with the dogs.
The Library proudly partners with Love on Leash, a nonprofit organization that brings volunteer pet therapy teams to support student well-being.
When: June 4
Where: Classroom 1 (Geisel Library, Main Floor)
Time: 2:30-4 p.m.

Check out the open reflection and meditation spaces in Geisel Rooms 621 and 628.
The Calm Cave and Zen Den are meant to be used as spaces to retreat from studying, relax, pause, breathe deeply, and clear your mind.
These spaces incorporates feedback from library users, campus partners, and the Library Student Advisory Council. The collection of books (Calm Cave only) and lounge furniture were selected to help you relax and reflect.

Join the Library and Recreation for indoor Vinyasa Flow on Thursdays from 11-12 p.m. in the Geisel Meeting Room located at Geisel Library, 1st Floor East. Offered weekly between Weeks 1-10 these classes are free for students and staff with an active Rec Membership (free for students!). Weekly registration is required.
Please bring your own yoga mat and props. |

Find printed mazes, sudoku puzzles, and coloring pages while studying at the Library! You can find these items in the Leisure Lounge art/game room in Geisel 1st Floor West. Look for the orange flower sign. |

Complete this Library puzzle yourself or race your friends to see who can complete it first. Puzzles change every month at the bottom of the De-Stress LibGuide!
Hint: You can change the number of pieces. 🧩

Ingredients
2 1/2 tbsp of grenadine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lime juice
6 tbsp of club soda
Directions
1. Pour 2 ½ tablespoons of grenadine into a large glass or a pitcher.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and then 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
3. Make sure to mix and then add 6 tablespoons of club soda.
4. Add ice and stir. Garnish with cherries.

The Longest Table is a community building event where hundreds of Tritons gather for an intercultural meal and experience at a 300-foot-long table on Town Square.
This event will feature a variety of live entertainment, activities, and engaging conversation to strengthen an atmosphere of belonging.

Community Canvas Art Workshops: In preparation for The Longest Table on June 2, the Craft Center will host community-building workshops for campus wide groups and individuals to create or decorate tablecloths with messages of community, kindness, wellness and love.The final product will be a 300-foot-long "Community Canvas" representing the tapestry of our diverse community and collective values.
