Happy Wednesday, Tritons! Whether you're going on a trip, having a staycation, or attending summer school, we wish you all a fantastic end to your summer! Scroll through the publication for activities to support your mental and physical well-being whenever you need a break. In the fall, we'll be sharing biweekly tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are tuning in from.

The Calm Cave is meant to be used as a space to retreat from studying, relax, pause, breathe deeply, and clear your mind.
This space incorporates feedback from library users, campus partners, and the Library Student Advisory Council, The lounge furniture and collection of books were selected to help you relax and reflect.

Join us for Triton Week of Welcome!
We will be hosting a Graduate Student Open House on Thursday, September 19th, where graduate students can meet subject specialist librarians, take a look at the digital and physical collections the library has to offer, and learn how the Library can help with your research. On Monday, September 30 - October 4 we will have Drop-in Services for Undergraduates where you can learn more about services such as printing, course reserves, the BorrowBot, and all of the study spaces in the Library!

Need a moment of relaxation? Take a moment to appreciate the beauty and vastness of the sky. Dacher Keltner guides us through a practice of pausing to turn your gaze to the sky as a pathway to awe, creativity, and wonder.

Ingredients
1/2 cup cream of coconut
3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 cups ice
Maraschino cherries
Pineapple chunks
Directions
1. Shake the cream of coconut well before opening. Then add 1/2 cup to a blender.
2. Add the pineapple juice and ice to the blender.
3. Blend for 20-30 seconds until ice is blended. Adjust the amount of ice to get desired consistency.
4. Pour into two glasses and garnish with cherries and pineapple chunks.
